Very Clean, Modern Cottage with Hot Tub!

Welcome to Carson’s Cottage! Where cleanliness, comfort and accommodating our guests is our top priority.
The home is just minutes from shopping, dining, parks, trails and recreation. The Smith River is a block away and stocked with trout! Bring your kayaks, fishing poles and bathing suits 👙 ☀️
Please note that December-February (or really cold days) the hot tub may not be hot enough for guest use.
This completely renovated home has three bedrooms, new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, an oven that doubles as an air fryer, a beautiful tile and stone shower, ceiling fans in every room, new HVAC system throughout, a brand new porch with comfortable and ample seating, a dining area, a fire pit for gathering outdoors and a grill for cooking out.

There are 3 smart televisions with streaming services and free, fast WiFi.

Note: We have a back entrance for those unable to use the front stairs.
We are dog friendly 🐾 Please let us know if you will be bringing one as there is an additional fee.

Everything about the house was amazing. The beds were comfortable. Both the living room and dining room had plenty of room for all six of us. The kitchen was well equiped. The wifi was great. Both the kitchen and bathroom were updated. There was plenty of parking room for both of our cars. We plan to stay again and would highly recommend it.

Comfy cozy cottage.

The Carson Cottage stay was fantastic. This is a home away from home. With its quaint decor, sweet location, and beautiful porch view, my husband and I enjoyed our week long stay throughly. This home was large enough for our grandkids and kids to have a barbecue, roast marshmallow, and play games. The bedrooms were clean and compfy and all amenities were provided.
