"I went to the Sheraton for my boyfriend birthday and it was amazing. We ran into someone who we know. The hotel room was mixed up. We though we was one room but it was actually a different room. It was all good. We love the hotel. It was amazing experience definitely would come back"

"The staff is wonderful. Check-in was a breeze and very courteous. Diana at the bistro made my evening by correcting my meal. It made all the difference after a long drive from Charleston, SC. The room was clean but could stand a bit of updating. Furniture is a bit beat up. Beds were not made to Marriott standards, even if it is a Courtyard. For downtown Norfolk, I expect a bit more."

"The stay was great. The apartment was just as pictured and described. All cooking utensils and silverware were in good working order. The location of the aprtment was the only questionable part of the stay. We were ultimately safe but the neighborhood did not give off those vibes. I wouldn't mind booking this vrbo again if it was just me and the boys but I wasn't super comfortable with the neighborhood with my wife and dog. Charlene was a great host though and super communicative."
