This place is just amazing! The small cabins have everything that you need for a weekend away or for a week-long visit. Owners are great and make sure that you have everything you will need for the stay. They are quick to answer any questions. We will definitely stay here every time we go back to visit if they are available.

We went to Martin to see Bros Osborne at the Soybean Festival. This was our first trip to Martin, but hopefully not our last. Charity and Clint were so helpful and the Davy Crockett Cottage was perfect. Don't miss out on this little hidden gem in Tennessee.

I would just live here if I could!
This is an amazing jewel in northwest TN. The property is a beautifully curated collection of buildings, each designed around a particular theme and lovingly decorated with a collection of antiques and historically interesting memorabilia and epherma. There is a feeling of love that just radiates from this property. Charity and Clint are kind and thoughtful hosts. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Make the journey. It’s worth your time.

Great Nola cabin, bed.....but NO Breakfast?
Room was awesome and clean. Hosts were very friendly. Our biggest disappointment was that it was not a bed and breakfast as we had expected. It was only a bed and NO Breakfast. The hosts explained they had stopped doing group breakfasts because of Covid. We totally understand and appreciate their concern for the health and well being of their customers. It needs to be stated in the reservation process that there is no breakfast.

This B&B is an absolute gem in the small town of Martin. It is now officially our go-to place to stay when visiting my daughter who is attending UTM. Book the stay! Pecan Grove is definitely worth it.

Very cute and unique B&B. Each cottage on this property has a different theme and are very well maintained. Charity and Clint were awesome and accommodating, as well. Really enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely amazing stay! This so beats a hotel! You will regret not staying here! Comfortable bed, very clean, amazing home cooked full breakfast, wonderful company!!! So good I didn't want to go home! Even my family that wasn't staying there loved it! It will be a permanent place to stay when I am there!!

If you want somewhere different to relax this is the place! Everything about the setting and log cabin is first class. The owners go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. The breakfast with homemade biscuits is to die for!

Such a gem! Spacious, thoughtfully appointed room with a very comfortable king size bed. It was an easy walk to the UTM campus or the downtown area of Martin. Breakfast was great, and Charity and Clint were willing to adjust the breakfast times to fit my schedule. I will definitely be back the next time I am in town.

Staying here was a great experience - we stayed in the Lincoln cabin. It was very clean, nicely appointed with all conveniences, and super comfortable. The host prepared an amazing country breakfast the next morning which we thoroughly enjoyed. Would definitely come back!

Unique, homey authentic log cabin in nice setting. Almost walkable to small college downtown. Well furnished, superb service and over the top family style breakfast. Only negative is that rhe location is on the border of old downtown and not-so-attractive newer suburbs. Would definitely go back.
