"When we arrived the place looked an old farm in the middle of nowhere. The pool had no water in it and was closed , room was small with lot of flies and a/c controls were taped off . "Would not let us check in. We called three separate times first letting him know we would be late due to traffic but he would not take the time to listen, he hung up on is every time. Got to the property to try to talk in person and wouldn’t even answer the intercom. Very rude, we were prepared to get charged for late check in too but didn’t make it in the door and had to drive all over to find another place to stay at 10pm. Luckily key club helped us and very friendly 10 mins away. "

"What a gem this place is! We stayed here for one night on our way to Rome and wished we'd stayed longer. It is restful, quiet, and a quintessential Umbrian village. Orvieto is a quick 10-15 minute drive. Room 4 was wonderful, spacious, spectacular view, incredibly comfortable bed and the best air conditioning and shower! on-site breakfast was lovely with tarts and cakes made from scratch by the breakfast hostess. We HIGHLY recommend this place!"
