Pool doesnt open until 930am. Breakfast wasnt fresh. Trim was falling off everywhere. There was a floor mat in the parking lot which led to various jokes and confusion.

Hello Sadie: Thank you for staying with us. The carpet trim is away from the walls because we are putting up new wallpaper and the trim needs to be away so it can be hung properly. The pool doesn't open till 9:30 per the Health Department. The guide lines we are required to follow to have a safe pool available for our guests are very clear and there are no short cuts with your safety. Laurie, Front Desk

Dont believe all the great reviews. The hallways looked like they are never cleaned most baseboards were missing. Carpet was ripped and torn. Half the jets in the hottub didnt work. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!

✅ in went fast & easy even though it was full. Breakfast is continental; french toast sticks, scrambled eggs, sausage, white/wheat bread, & 3 types of cereal. Coffee; regular & decaf, milk, Sunny Delight, real orange juice & apple juice.None of the junk foods; donuts, cinnamon rolls or muffins. What's offered is filling. Can walk to Festival foods if you need something else to fill you up. You can either eat your breakfast in the room where it's served or put food in a to go container. Real silverware, plates & cups are used, except for the coffee. No waiting for food to be put out. Felt safe upon ✅ in because the keyed doors slam shut behind you, not like other places I've stayed, where you have to pull them closed Though pool was heated, but once you get used to it, it's tolerable. Hot tub is hot, but not too hot that you can't stand it. If you need anything, just let the front desk know , & they'll do their best to help. Starbucks right next door.

Upon check in we were notified that the card system was down for all of the facility doors and we would need to have a member of the staff let us into our room any time we needed to enter the room. The staff was very kind about it and made sure we knew that it was not an inconvenience for them and that they were working diligently to return the system to working condition. Before heading to our room we saw that the pool was open to the public for a small fee, there were what seemed like birthday parties and many kids in the room, this was unexpected and one of the main reasons we chose this specific hotel. Unfortunately we avoided the pool during our 3 days there, the area was gross and the water was so cloudy and dirty you could not see the bottom of the pool. Once we got into the room we noticed it was extremely outdated, there were rips in the carpet in multiple places and visible spray foam around the window. Thankfully the surfaces seemed clean and the bed was comfortable, the linens were also clean. It was fine to stay in for our trip but I avoided our toddler being on the floor as much as possible. Breakfast was interesting, not a typical hotel setup since it was in the attached bar/restaurant. The food was good but the process for getting the food was confusing. Although the staff was very kind, we would not stay here again. It is too outdated with too much neglected upkeep to justify the cost, and the pool being open to the public is not worth it.

Comfortable beds. Nice that a restaurant is attached as the weather was nasty. Stayed here because we were an hour away and had an early surgery appointment a couple blocks away. Convenient and safer than driving in a winter storm at 4:30 am. Had to leave too early for breakfast.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean! The staff was friendly and there was a nice selection for breakfast. It’s conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and only a 5 minute drive to the Marshfield Clinic!

This is an average motel but the price reflects that. The front desk staff were all very warm and welcoming. I found it odd that there was no closet or place to hang up any clothes in our room. There is an indoor pool in the center of the hotel that is unfortunately open to the public. While it is fine to allow outside guests there really should be a limit. It was very crowded and loud all weekend. Maybe the outside guests could purchase wristbands that are good for a limited time like 60-90 minutes? Most of the outside people seemed to come in large groups with little or no adult supervision. Toddlers in life jackets were unattended in the hot tub. There were several birthday parties and at one the children were all given whistles to blow! WTH? Children with water guns were squirting adults in the face while they were trying to relax in the hot tub. I never saw any staff pass thru the pool area to try to maintain any order. Definitely not the place to stay if you are looking for a quiet place to play your head. We were traveling with 3 children ages 2 and under. The pool was so wild with kids playing rough that we’re only brought the babies in once.

It was a nice hotel. There was only one problem. Their room card maker wasn’t working so if you left they had come and let you back in. So I just stayed in. Otherwise it was pretty busy. Had a nice stay and would stay again.

Place has a large pool area with hot tub but on the hot tub only half of the jets worked. Also pushed the button to start the jets took a bit to fet going. Then it only ran for 5 minutes. Pressed again and this time it lasted 15 minutes. Room 146 was next to an side entryway to the building it was not to noisy though. Room was large enough with king bed. Carpet could use some cleaning. Bathroom was big but noticed the bottom of the toilet seat was not cleaned very good. Leftover fecal matter. Hair dryer area was dusty. The room 146 was a long way down a corridor from the front desk so people with walking issue should take car around to side door.

Tried to fill the tub for a bath and it was very gross, I pre rinsed the tub and the water had lint and hair and all kinds of stuff in it. Needless to say we didn’t take baths. Also key card issue with smart devices frustrating.

The only fault was the bedside table was stained and sticky from some beverages and there was a black hair next to the stains. I have Grey hair. Otherwise a very pleasant experience from check in to the restaurant food.
