Lovely, secluded cabin in Vermont's "Land of Lakes and Ponds"
Falls Cabin is a rustic hunting camp lovingly transformed into a beautiful, year-round vacation cabin retreat. Tucked in the woods alongside Kingsbury Brook's cascading falls, it is the perfect place to return to after a Vermont day outdoors, any time of year. The cabin has a large eat-in kitchen with a spiral staircase to the loft, a spacious living room with propane stove, two bedrooms each with internet TV and a full bathroom. The individual mini-split heat pumps in each room provide custom air conditioning in summer. In winter, enjoy the warmth of the propane stove in the living room in addition to the heat from the mini-split units.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the large back deck before heading out for your adventure, no matter what the season. Falls Cabin has direct access to VAST trail system for snowmobiling in winter and nearby access to VASA trails for 4-wheeling in summer. We have ample parking for trailers. There are trails for mountain biking right from Falls Cabin and hiking trails are also nearby. Stowe, Smuggler's Notch, Jay Peak, Burke Mountain, and Bolton Valley ski areas are all approximately one hour or less away. Enjoy fishing, kayaking, canoeing, boating, and swimming in one (or all) of the many lakes in Woodbury - Vermont's "land of lakes and ponds" as well as ice fishing in the winter. Relaxing around the firepit is a great way to end the day any time of year!

The house was comfortable, clean, and stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The host was very pleasant and attentive. We would definitely stay here again.
What a great stay. We enjoyed being able to venture out for day trips and return to a quiet cozy home in a beautiful location. A perfect place for friends and families to use year round. Everything was clean and we had plenty of room to be comfortable. Easy check in and check out.
This cabin is lovely and the surrounding area/river is simply beautiful. We have stayed here three times and truly enjoy the property. The kitchen/home is fully appointed, very clean, and the owners are always helpful. They even asked if we needed anything else to make our stay better. The surrounding area and river after it snowed was a picture that is postcard worthy. We will certainly visit here again.
This was an excellent location. It was beautiful and the property is well maintained. We had three colleagues stay here for a brief retreat and it was perfect.

This place is amazing. The cabin sitting in its natural habit is breathtaking. The cabin was welcoming and comfortable with all the amenities we needed plus more. This is by far a favorite place to stay. Would like to spend more time here on our next trip
Our granddaughter has a blast playing in the brook and woods. The cabin was super clean and had all of the essentials to make it a great stay. Would definitely come back
The cabin was exceptionally quiet and private. It was in a beautifully secluded, wooded area. If you walked a few steps from the property, you could sit and watch, and hear, the burbling brook, which was just lovely. The trees around the place were gorgeous. The bed was super comfy and we slept very well.

The place was quiet and cozy. The staff was extremely helpful in providing clarifications to the questions we had. Will definitely recommend others to stay at this place.
Quiet, cozy location for a nice family get together.Great sitting around the fire pit after a days adventures..very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Great for dogs too.
The sound and view of the brook next to the house was our favorite part of our stay. Incredibly peaceful and tucked away but with easy access to the highway to grab essentials in Hardwick or at the general store in East Calais.
The cabin was great. We weren’t quite sure cause we came in the dark that we didn’t know to look for the fall cabin, but it was only cause my Internet wasn’t working.
We really enjoyed our stay, the cabin is private and nicely renovated, and the outside setup is great, especially the fire place next to the brook. Highly recommended!
Cabin was clean and had everything we needed. The falls in the backyard was so peaceful. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable. The location was great for what we wanted to do while there. I hope we can book again soon!
We loved this cabin so much! Clean and cozy with a lovely stream in the back. Wish we could've stayed longer. We'll definitely book again when we return to the area to visit family!
We spent total of three nights at the cabin. It was just what we needed. A lovely place in the woods, next to a beautiful creek, close to hiking spots and lakes. The hosts were responsive and the house was clean and well organized. We would love to come back again.
We only stayed 2 nights but could have stayed forever! Very private being tucked away in the woods. Owners have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable.
