"After a late-ish arrival (8:45pm), after visiting family in a Boston Hospital, we unpacked quickly in our very spacious room, wishing we could just stay. But we quickly got ourselves next door to Legal Seafoods for a great dinner. This was a bonus! Bed was very comfy, room temp control good, and nice to sit on (pullout) sofa to watch TV. Everything was clean and updated. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised with the quality for the price."

"We checked in late but staff was there to take care of all the business. Per their website check in is available till 11:00PM. Parking was right there on the property easy to park for $10 per night. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was good and convenient. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The driving access to the property was a little confusing with looping around the street you really need to focus on navigation."

"The cottage was overall very comfortable and well-supplied with nice linens, towels, and the basics (coffee pot, full-size fridge/freezer, dishes/glassware, and complimentary creamers). We loved how convenient it was to the beach and nearby The Point restaurant (delicious seafood!). The neighborhood was very quiet in early September and the sunrise and sunsets were beautiful.I may have overlooked that the three twin beds were on the second floor, which are accessed by steep stairs. The pullout couch provided a comfortable first floor option.Thank you for sharing your special place!"
