Le Petit Croquant Peaceful haven with magnificent sea view
Located in the Roucas Blanc area of Marseille, this luxurious house boasts 2 delightful bedrooms with en suite shower and WC. Roucas Blanc is on a hill, hence the amazing views of the sea, the iconic church, La Bonne Mère and the valley. You can wander down to the beach directly via the charming staircases, it takes between ten and fifteen minutes. The house is fully equipped with AC, WiFi, sound system, coffee machine, kitchen equipment, a pizza oven and a separate laundry area,. The garden is on two levels, set up for outdoor dining and lounging; guests can relax and unwind in style. There is an additional garden studio space with a single convertible bed and en suite shower and WC, it's perfect for a teen or an adult. Access to the house is via a staircase of 92 steps, making it suitable for people who are OK with stairs. Parking is about 200 m away on the street. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.
