  • In a land of 1500 m², the property offers parking, an automatic gate (metal shutters and blinds), 2 terraces (70 m² each), a table football, a ping-pong table, children games, a pool house with plancha, a shower, a bar, a kitchen, and a WC.
    The 2 bedrooms on the lower level have their own shower room and a separate bathroom as well as access to a terrace. On the first floor, you will find a living room with TV canal, a home cinema, a DVD player, one air-conditioned master bedroom with bathroom, shower, and a WC. You will also find 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with TV and DVD player.
    All bedrooms are self-contained.
