Really lovely apartment in central location, just ten minutes walk to Le Panier and the Cathedral Major. Lots of amenities nearby too, like bakeries and the metro on your doorstep. The apartment was really spacious, with three double bedrooms (one ensuite), and a well supplied kitchen in terms of crockery, cutlery, utensils etc. We loved our stay!

We travelled with a family of 7. There was plenty of space. We did not get instructor entry into the apartment until 15 minutes before check in time and it was very confusing to find the lock box even with photos. The apartment door lock was broken and locked half our party outside while the rest were inside. One of us stayed back at the apartment for 2 hours until the locksmith was able to change the lock. The door knob on the bathroom door kept falling off, the slide door to the 2nd bathroom was off its track. It’s a lovely home, but it needs some attention to a few details to make it feel less like it’s falling apart.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, unweit vom Vieux Port und Panier, die Kommunikation mit Amine war sehr gut, allerdings gibt es -anders als in der Beschreibung - nur 3 Betten und nicht 2 Einzelbetten in einem Zimmer. Das Klo zum Flur hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch.Zwei der 3 Schlafzimmer hatten kein Tageslicht. Die Einrichtung ist ansprechend, die Küche gut ausgestattet, allerdings war es nicht sonderlich sauber.Restaurants, Supermarkt und Bäcker findet man um die Ecke.Alles in allem trotzdem positiv.

Appartement spacieux et bien situé.2 des 3 chambres n'ont malheureusement pas de fenêtre et la serrure de la porte d'entrée laisse à désirer.Les propriétaires m'ont réclamé 45 Euros pour une poignée de porte défectueuse dès notre arrivée, malgré mes explications...sinon, nous avons vraiment apprécié les capsules de café offertes!

Un grand appartement idéalement placé

Un appartement avec une hauteur de plafond incroyable qui a répondu à nos attentes, c'est à dire idéalement placé dans le centre de Marseille, près d'un Biocop, d'une boulangerie, du métro (même si nous avons majoritairement marché), du quartier du Panier plein de bars, du port... Les échanges avec les propriétaires ont été très fluides et faciles, ainsi que la rentrée et la sortie de l'appartement. Un ménage un peu plus poussé aurait été appréciable (douche bouchée par des cheveux, des miettes dans le four). Le bémol est la literie qui n'est pas au top : draps et matelas d'hôpitaux, matelas de 160 sur un sommier de 140 dans une chambre, et un des lits individuels est en fait un petit lit d'enfant dans lequel un adulte ne rentre pas (ce qui n'est pas mentionné dans l'annonce). Des éléments qui n'ont cependant pas gâché notre séjour, tant l'appartement est agréable à vivre (notamment la grande pièce de vie très conviviale avec sa grande table) et que nous recommandons donc vivement.

Un accueil très agréable

Grand WE en famille et amis pour un mariage. Appart très grand, situation parfaite quand on vient de la gare. Échanges très réactifs avec Leila et accueil parfait avec Amine sur place qui veille à ce que tout se passe bien. Quelques petits travaux à effectuer encore dans l’appart, déco sympa. Juste un seul jeu clé… ah ces locataires qui ne les rendent pas !!
