Situated on the 1st floor of a bourgeois building (with elevator), this beautiful family apartment consists of a bright living space of 90 sq. m. Benefiting from a double exposure, this fully renovated three-bedroom includes:
- 40 sq. m of sunny terrace without vis-à-vis,
- a large modern living room adjoining the terrace,
- a bright bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm),
- a peaceful bedroom with a single bed,
- a nice bedroom with a double bed,

Location belle mais matériel à renouveler

La location est de belle prestance cependant le ménage est bâclé et il manque pas mal de chose ( vaisselle (notamment les fourchettes, pas de linge de maison type torchon) Les draps des lits laissent à désiré au niveau état…(tâches) Sinon l’endroit est calme et proche de tout Juste un meilleur suivi de l’entretien de l’équipement voir son renouvellement et cela serait top
