Awful
No AC in a heat wave. No functioning elevator. A “breakfast” without edible food. Priced at a World Cup gouging price of 700€. Shameful. No apology for any of it. After being in 73 countries (20+ this year) this stands alone as the worst ever.

Property has not been kept up - current and old leaks are apparent in walls and ceilings, a/c broken, clumps of dust were stuck on bottom of mattress when pulled out the sofabed, more than just a dusting of dust on the fans put in the room as substitute for broken a/c (that was supposed to be included in room rate, and which was not mentioned to us as not being available ), etc. Sense is of a place that has either fallen on hard times or doesn’t want to spend any money to maintain the property.

Very good hotel and good location - the only issue was that the air conditioning was not working properly in every room but the hotel staff knew this and are endeavouring to repair. Helpful and friendly staff.

The property was very clean. The people at the front desk were nice and helpful. The location is close to all the shops and close the the M8 Metro line. I would stay here again.

It is in a good location near the tube the city center and beach are very easy to access. Rooms are clean but the rain shower is terrible and the it made the whole bathroom floor wet and there was mold as well.

We stayed in the hotel for one night for three of us. The overall of it was good and reasonable. However, the sofa bed was uncomfortable, and my mom got backache after the sleep.

It was located in a neighbourhood off the main Prado area, anyone driving would needed to know it was a one way system. Arrived and was checked into 106 room which had a problem with the safe and the showers knob which was so hard to turn.... then was given 115 room which was on the main road and unfortunately had some very inconsiderate guests that was shouting and talking loudly above our room in the night. The toilet door did not close properly in this room. but overall was nice and comfortable. The downside of it is that they will not do housekeeping unless more than 4 days so you will need to keep on requesting towels. Other so, the Front of house service was good and friendly. If you wanted to stay few nights... This is recommended for good budget just not room 106.

Can Recommend This Hotel
Quite a small hotel just off the Av Du Prado, and about a 40 min walk to the port. Clean comfortable hotel. Basic amenities. No bar though which some might find a problem. Some good restaurants in the vicinity. Rooms are suites, and have a small but fully equipped kitchen. Bedroom was quiet and very comfortable. Staff were helpful. Would definitely consider staying there again

Beautiful hotel, good location, clean room. Wi-fi kept on cutting off, so had to log in with the password every time I enetered the room, which was a bit annoying. I had my window open at night, and the road was quite noisy. But would definitely stay there again.

CAUTION...Fiance burned hand pretty bad.
It is a nice hotel, large rooms, nice bathroom, small kitchenette; however, they installed the wrong lightbulbs inside their lamps by the bed (supposed to be LED but weren't) and that made the metal of the lamp turn boiling hot (literally put drops of water on it and it boiled away) and my fiance touched it and burned her hand pretty bad. Thank god for the receptionist who had gauze and burn gel. I caution every visitor to watch out for the lamps by the bed. I would not stay here again.

Nice well put together place!
It's a small hotel but don't let the size fool you. It's a friendly, clean and well organized. It made my stay in Marseille that much more enjoyable.

Cheap, but think twice before you go!
First of all, hotel staff was helpfull and friendly, can't blame them about building issues...and building has got issues for sure! First of all, smell in the corridors, strong and hard to live with. Second and main thing, our room aircon were leaking through the sealing quite seriously on the carpet, called staff, they said it's ok, it's not dangerous. So it's not bad cheap hotel if you're lucky enough to have room without issues.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel and were looking for something suitable for a couple with a small child 2 years old. Generally we were satisfied with the room and the staff, who were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and a good size, well equipped with a kitchenette. The negative points were no maid service until after four days, no bath but only a shower, no parking was available except on the street, several of the bathroom fixtures were loose and poor quality. The price was reasonable and in our budget, so I would stay there again as a family but not as a business visitor.

Comfortable room with a fridge and kitchenette :)
Location was ideal for me. After staying at the Old Port for a couple days, I needed a place closer to the Stade Vélodrome and also close to Bus 19 that goes down the coast to Madrague de Montredon, Chemin des Goudes (the Goudes Trail, calanques of Marseille). Hotel staff greeted me with smiles upon check-in. It was fast and efficient. I liked the key-card for access-control to use the elevators, front door, room door, lights. Convenient and secure. Room was first floor, end of the corridor. Was surprised to see the fridge and kitchenette. Bathroom was spacious. No bathtub but a shower is better to wash off the Mediterannean sea salt anyway. Room was clean upon arrival. Window was great, got some indirect sun and a private view of a lawn area (no access) but I could have danced naked and no neighbors had a direct line of sight into the room. Air-conditioning worked like a charm (essential if you visit Marseille in July/August). Used the fridge to store orange juice and water. There's a Monoprix supermarket for all your needs nearby. There's also numerous places to eat in a mixed residential/commercial quarter. Optometrist, pharmacy, pretty much anything you'd need. I tested the Vietnamese resto around the corner and it was good. Seven Urban Suites also has some restaurant partners who will deliver food to your room. There's a booklet filled with menus in the room. Anyway, pleasant stay. No Canal+ in-room, but they have a Business Center with it on the big TV + Nespresso
