## Space Notre logement de 70 m², situé rue Lemaitre au 3e étage sans ascenseur d'un immeuble ancien, est lumineux et idéal pour travailler ou se détendre. Climatisé et à moins de 5 min à pied de la gare TGV Marseille Saint-Charles, tramway et métro, il est à 10 min à pied du Vieux-Port. Rénové en 2023 par un architecte d'intérieur, il comprend une pièce à vivre avec cuisine neuve équipée, grand salon avec canapé et table à manger. L'espace nuit offre deux chambres avec lits doubles et rangements, plus une mezzanine avec lit double. La salle de bain dispose d'une douche, vasque et WC. Proche des transports et du quartier Longchamp, avec restaurants, commerces et cafés en bas de l'immeuble.
Afin de vous offrir le meilleur accueil, nous fournissons le linge de lit pendant toute la durée de votre séjour, y compris les draps, les couvertures, tapis de bain et une serviette de bain par personne. Torchons non inclus. De plus, des kits de bienvenue sont à votre disposition dès votre arrivée, contenant des capsules de café, du thé, du sucre, gel douche, shampoing, papier toilette, liquide vaisselle et une éponge.

Property was good, has an air-conditioned a big plus in Europe!!
location is very central to walk to bus/train station/ restaurants/attraction.
If you travel with car do NOT park in front of the property, Saint-Charles train Station is the best and safest option to park your vehicle.

I would encourage prospective guests to carefully consider this property before booking. Unfortunately, our experience did not reflect the standard presented in the listing photos, which appear significantly more polished than the actual condition of the accommodation.
Access to the property involves several flights of very steep, narrow stairs, which were unclean and may present difficulties for some guests, particularly those with luggage or mobility concerns. Upon arrival, we noted a number of maintenance and hygiene issues, including visible damp and black mould on ceilings, damaged bannisters, broken chairs, and beds missing wooden slats, which affected both comfort and our sense of safety.
We were also disappointed with the handling of our security deposit. Despite following the provided check-out instructions precisely — including leaving the key on the table and vacating as directed — a portion of our deposit was retained due to an internal door allegedly not being closed properly. The cleaner arrived shortly after our departure, so do not believe this deduction was justified.
Additionally, we did not feel entirely comfortable in the surrounding area, particularly in the evenings.
Overall, a very disappointing experience. With improved maintenance, clearer communication, & more accurate representation needing to be reflected.
