80 m2 ground floor apartment, very peaceful and bright, south facing, completely renovated and decorated in a fancy modern style. There are three bedrooms, a vast living room with open plan kitchen, fully fitted: ceramic hob, multifunction oven, microwave, 1 bathroom with double basin and bathtub, toilet, storage cellar.


Outside there is a charming spacious terrace that opens out onto the building's swimming pool, where you can settle down to eat under the shade of an olive tree.

Superbe logement !! Parfait rien à redire ! Au Top !!

Accueil parfait ! Logement conforme aux photos, climatisé, accès direct à la piscine (en face la terrasse). Literie de très bonne qualité. Résidence calme avec une superbe vue et garage sécurisé. N’hésitez pas ! C’est là qu’il faut loger pour visiter cette région magnifique. Encore merci pour votre accueil ! Mme Zitouni est aux petits soin avec ses hôtes, c’est appréciable ! Super appartement

Nous avons passé 4 jours dans ce superbe appartement très bien situé sur les hauteurs de Cassis. Nous y avions déjà séjourné quelques années auparavant et c'est avec un grand plaisir que nous l'avons retrouvé. Il n'y a toujours rien à redire sur cette location.

Fantastic flat

The flat was exactly as described- perhaps even better! The air conditioning in every room was excellent, the pool a real highlight (we went at least twice a day- it was never too busy), the parking was easy and secure (if a little tight to manoeuvre). You need a car to get around, the supermarket at Carnoux was easy to get to and had everything we needed, we also went to La Ciotat for shopping as the Carrefour was bigger. The navette is easy and much better than trying to park in town, although if you are early then parking at the Mimosas car park is easy- we got there at 9am and easily found a place- but it was full by 11!! Madame Zitouni was easily contactable and very helpful- take sheets and towels if you are staying for a week or more as they are only provided for short lets. This is a fantastic place to stay and we would love to come back! Highly recommended.

Superbe appartement

L’appartement était parfait . D’une propreté irréprochable, de l électroménager de qualité, une piscine tip top , une place de parking en sous sol, de la vaisselle en quantité et tout les petits détails que je n’ai pas trouvé ailleurs . Enfin, la propriétaire est très accueillante et de bon conseil. Je conseillerais sans problème cette location à mes amis .

Agréable séjour passé en famille

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille dans cette location qui se trouve sur les hauteurs de Cassis. Propriétaire très sympa et l'appartement très propre et très spacieux. La piscine est vraiment belle et très propre car elle est nettoyé tous les matin. Nous y retournerons .

Sonniges, großzügiges und ruhiges Apartment

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment, speziell die Küche. Schnelles Internet und gute Heizung. Kleiner privater Garten, den wir allerdings wegen der Jahreszeit noch wenig nutzen konnten. 1 Stern Abzug wegen des Bads und der Toilette, die beides nicht dem deutschen oder italienischen Standard entsprechen und für eine große Familie unzureichend sind. Die Toilette ist winzig, im Bad fehlt die Duschstange, obwohl die Badewanne mit einer Abtrennung fürs Duschen vorgesehen ist. Insgesamt aber eine Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen mit einer sehr aufmerksamen Vermieterin (Mme Zitouni). Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé trois semaines parfaites au sein de la résidence à 5 dont trois enfants/ados. Que des points positifs: - situation très appréciable, sur les hauteurs avec un accès au port par navette très rapide (10 min), - une piscine, grande, propre, très bien entretenue et entourée d'un jardin fort agréable, - la terrasse de l'appartement est idéalement orientée, propre et très bien équipée, - l'appartement en lui même très bien agencé, que ce soit les chambres ou bien la pièces à vivre. Pas de nuisance sonore et des propriétaires à l'écoute et réactifs. Location à recommandée sans aucune hésitation.

appartement très agréable

L'appartement est propre, fonctionnel, tout près de la piscine (sans que cela ne génère de nuisances sonores). La piscine fait 23 mètres ce qui permet également de nager, bien appréciable quand les calanques sont froides ce qui devient le cas quand il y a du mistral. L'accueil de Zitouni est aussi très agréable, elle sait prendre son temps pour tout expliquer.

Adresse très recommandable et accueil charmant de la propriétaire. La piscine est à 2 pas de l'appartement mais ne génère aucune nuisance. La situation sur les hauteurs de Cassis permet de moins souffrir de la chaleur. Appartement très vaste et fonctionnel. Parking couvert associé à l'appartement très pratique et permettant de garder la voiture à l'abri du soleil. La mer n'est pas accessible à pied (ou alors c'est qu'on est très sportif) mais des navettes très bon marché de la ville de Cassis permettent en été de rejoindre le centre en moins de 10 minutes et finalement de ne pas batailler pour se garer...

Wonderful location, perfectly acceptable property.

We had a wonderful stay in Cassis. The area is absolutely gorgeous with many things to do for a family with small children. The property manager was very lovely and accommodating. The house was clean with a pool right outside. Note that towels and sheets are NOT provided, however. This wasn't clear from the booking, and unfortunately we had to spend a bit of money to purchase these once we arrived. Other than that, it was a perfect vacation and we would definitely return.

Très bon séjour

Séjour d'une semaine dans un appartement très agréable, clair, spacieux et très bien situé dans la résidence. Avons également apprécié l'espace extérieur bien aménagé pour y prendre les repas au calme . La résidence est très bien entretenue ainsi que la piscine commune ( bravo au concierge) et nous avons bcp apprécié tous les espaces verts ou l'on peut s'étendre et paresser en toute quiétude. Les enfants ont pu nouer rapidement des amitiés avec les enfants des logements avoisinant , et jouer en toute sécurité sur les pelouses très bien entretenues . il faut noter que la population est particulièrement bien élevée dans cette résidence ce qui est assez rare et bien agréable. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cet appartement . La propriétaire est également de très bon conseil , serviable et très a l'écoute des besoins de ses locataires.

Très beau séjour à Cassis

Séjour d'une semaine entre amis ( 5 personnes) !!! Nous avons apprécié le charme de l'appartement très bien agencé et décoré avec goût. Très agréable la terrasse en Rez de Jardin à proximité de la piscine:-) Accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire qui s'est montrée disponible et pleines de bonnes idées pour découvrir Cassis. Voiture fortement recommandée
