Nice family-orientated hotel with its own beach.
Good hotel with lots of Italian families. The pool complex is very good. 90% of the guests are Italian. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Some areas of the studio blocks and gardens are a bit shabby.

This was billed as a beachside hotel but is in fact 300 metres from the beach. It is not a four star: more like two. Public areas are poor. Wifi is only available in the lobby. Avoid.

The hotel nickel and dimes you for everything. They require a swim cap to swim in the pool, yet they charge 2.50 euro for a swim cap and they charge for you to borrow one of their moth eaten towels. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. Would we stay there again? Probably not.

A grand exterior let down by a shabby interior with dated rooms, tiny clunky elevators and a decor straight out of a desolate 1960's Butlins holiday camp. The most outrageous feature though was the pristine, dolphin-a-plenty, white sandy beach which was completely non-existent. Instead you were left with a broken area of decking no more than 5m long which faced a disgusting beach strewn with litter and dog mess. Not a cocktail in site... I wish I could say that the surrounding village was attractive but it wasn't and with Marsala around 5km away you are well and truly stuck here. Book at your peril!

Ok hotel but not 4 star
The hotel is located around 4-5km from the centre of Marsala. Verry little or no activity around the resort for shops or eating places. Breakfast was pretty basic. We were so bored and unimpressed that we only ate there twice. Dinner at the Delfino Beach Restaurant on two occasions. The food was nice but not much choice. The house red wine though was drinkable and cheap 6 euros. No pool bar and the hotel bar didn't open until 4.00 pm. The room was spacious and clean and comfortable beds but a bit dark and old fashioned. The shower leaked somewhere so floor got flooded. Our room was above what sounded like some sort of generator so quite noisey and you can hear everything from the corridors and the reception area. Some of the staff didn't speak very much English, particularly bar and pool lifeguard. The pool was nice but cold. Be warned that you have to wear a bathing cap to swim in the pool. The beach was very busy at the weekend. To use the Deflino Beach area and sunbeds with umbrella you have to pay 10 euros which is not acceptable as a hotel guest who supposedly paid for 4 star service. There was a lot of waste on the beach. All in all the resort was ok but I would not consider it a 4 star and don't think I would stay there again.

We stayed at Delfino beach for 1 night in September 2011. The room was huge and very clean and the jacuzzi bath was amazing! The private hotel beach was very nice and breakfast was fantastic- a variety of food and lots of it! The only downside to this hotel is that it is a few miles out of Marsala but we had a car so this was no problem. We thoroughly recommend this hotel!

If u have a car this is a very nice classy hotel with big clean comfortable modern rooms. If u do not have a car u are in the middle of nowhere. Car parking conveniently in the hotel grounds. Breakfast is the usual buffet affair with something for everyone. Would definetly reccomend this hotel for anyone touring by car and needing an overnight or couple of nights accommodation.

Delfino Beach Hotel Marsala Sicily
This place was kind of a dump. It's out on the outskirts of the city and there isn't really anything nearby you could walk to. The road is much to narrow and there's no side walk so you probably shouldn't be walking about anyhow. The temperature is controlled for all units by a single master thermostat so our room was pretty cold as we were not able to turn off the air conditioning. The TV was broken and in general the room was pretty run down. The breakfast was OK, and they have free internet access.

Good price, away from town centre
The hotel was nice, clean, the breakfast was good (given Italian standards). But, if you want to explore Marsala, you'll need a car as it is 4km from the centre.

Mittelmässiges Hotel
wir waren in einem der Nebengebäude und mussten zum Frühstücken immer über einen grossen Parkplatz gehen. Die Zimmer waren nicht in einem sehr guten Zustand. Auch das zum Hotel grhörende Gelände war ziemlich vernachlässigt.Kein WLAN in den Zimmern. Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend.

Ottima la posizione della struttura. Vicino al mare, con una bella piscina (oltre ad una per i bambini). Buona la pulizia, peccato che 1 dei 2 giorni la sistemazione di alcune stanze (compreso la mia) è stata fatta alle 16.00; orario in cui gli ospiti tornano dal pranzo per riposarsi un po'

Hotel bello e pulito con camere grandi ed abbondante colazione. Unica pecca la mancanza di wi-fi in stanza, il che non permette di poter lavorare comodamente dalla propria camera.

Uiterst vriendelijke ontvangst, onmiddellijk 'housekeeping' ingeschakeld om de kamer op onze vraag te herschikken. Avondmaal in het hotel was een eenvoudig maar uitgebreid buffet, 25€ pp incl wijn à volonté.

Une chambre certes grande et propre mais avec vue sur des buissons d un côté et vue sur une piscine vide et sale de l'autre côté. Le restaurant n'avait qu un seul menu a proposer. Chambre extrêmement bruyante, en effet, l'hôtel avait organisé une sorte de boom étudiante juste en dessous de notre chambre et celà jusqu'à 3h du matin. Impossible de dormir. C'est pourtant un 4 étoiles mais la pire nuit de notre voyage de 11 jours en Sicile. Déconseillé pour les amateurs de calme et de tranquillité.

Sono andato fuori stagione per lavoro, quindi non posso giudicarlo como "villaggio estivo", il quale mi pare il suo forte. Camere e struttura bella, cibo decisamente da migliorare sia colazione che cena, personale molto gentile e molto disponibile.

Rien à dire sur la chambre, grande, propre et bien décorée. Dommage qu'elle donnait sur la décharge de l’hôtel (impossible ouvrir les fenêtres avec l'odeur) et les climatiseurs (bruit d'enfer...) Le pire reste quand même la demi-pension : n'oubliez pas votre montre, c'est une question de minute. Le matin, après 9h00 tout est vide et à 9h30 c'est fermé. Le soir idem c'est un véritable champs de bataille où tout est réglé en 30 mn : 20h00 top départ, 20h30 c'est plus la peine d'espérer remplir son assiette. A vivre une fois dans sa vie !

Ci aspettavamo qualcosa di più da un hotel 4 stell
Ci siamo stati ad inizio settembre 2015 per una settimana in due adulti in formula BB e camera nel corpo centrale (qualità media). Colazione internazionale con ampia scelta e buona qualità. La camera era ben arredata e pulita giornalmente con il solo problema dei sanitari troppo piccoli (e NON siamo persone oversize). L'aspetto interno non ci è sembrato da 4 stelle (es tappeti con buchi e divani sfilacciati nonostante pavimenti e marmi erano sempre splendenti). Abbiamo sempre mangiato molto bene e abbondante al ristorante sulla spiaggia a buoni prezzi. Il personale è stato abbastanza gentile e disponibile ma una nota di merito la diamo a Domenico del ristorante sulla spiaggia (sempre parte dell'hotel). Spiaggia (a pagamento, da prenotare il giorno prima) a circa 300 metri, non pulitissima. Il mare era orribile (abbiamo girato tutta la Sicilia ed è il peggior mare visto) ma ovviamente non riguarda l'hotel e probabilmente dipende dal periodo. Si trova a circa 5 km da Marsala ma i mezzi pubblici ci sono in abbondanza (di giorno).

La struttura e molto bella ci sono due piscine veramente degne di nota! La colazione buona! Ma l animazione inesistente per un week di relax va bene ma una settimana ci saremmo annoiati enormente! Poi frequentato per lo più da comitive di 60/70 enni dovrebbero trovare qualche formula per vivacizzare un po' il villaggio! La struttura e veramente bella potrebbe essere sfruttata mille volte meglio! Personale cortesissimo e colazione buona!

Poco chiara la differenza al momento della prenotazione tra le stanze nell'hotel e le stanze nella struttura adiacente l'hotel (tipo motel) di scarso livello e poco confortevoli. struttura adatta a ricevimenti, non a soggiorni per week end.

Ottimo albergo in stile mediterraneo, con annesso complesso residenziale. Zona piscina molto bella e confortevole. La pulizia nelle stanze è ottima e le lenzuola profumano di pulito. La colazione è abbastanza ricca, il personale gentile e disponibile. UNICO INCONVENIENTE: i sanitari sono a misura di "puffo", il lavandino della mia camera era grande quanto la ciotola in cui a casa faccio l'insalata verde e per farmi un bidet ho dovuto fare il contorsionista. Considerando che sono alto 183 cm e peso circa 86 Kg, una persona un po' robusta avrebbe difficoltà a usare WC e bidet. Se non fosse stato per questo, avrei dato la massima votazione.

Hotel accueillant, proche de la plage,de la ville.
Séjour très agréable. Superbe chambre, personnel à l'écoute, très bon accueil. très bon petit déjeuner, grande variété des produits Hôtel facile à trouver et bien situé près de Marsala, où nous avons pu nous rendre en quelques minutes.

Vi ho soggiornato con mia moglie per 10 giorni da metà Settembre 2014, sinceramente non mi aspettavo un accoglienza ed una disponibilità così cordiale e completa da parte del personale e soprattutto dalla Direzione Sig.na Natalie, che ci è venuta incontro su tutte le richieste fatte, e si è incaricata pure di stamparci gli imbarchi per il volo di rientro. La colazione servita in un bellissimo salone era ottima ed abbondante, camere molto spaziose e pulite, la biancheria veniva cambita giornalmente, la piscina e l'animazione molto belle, e con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo! Che dire ci torneremo sicuramente.
