"Personal preference here, but the beds were too hard for my wife and my liking. The (PTAC) air conditioner was uncomfortably noisy. There was an unknown odor that wasn’t particularly strong and not really a big deal - but worth noting. The breakfast was not notable but what you’d expect. Overall an average stay. 8.5 of 10"

"We had an amazing stay at the Hotel Arras in Asheville. The staff was so helpful. We made last minute reservations at the hotel and when we needed to change rooms to accommodate our party, Angel did an excellent job of helping us out. The rooms were beautiful and clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was perfect for sights and restaurants in downtown Asheville. Also, the breakfast was amazing in their lovely on-site restaurant. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Asheville!"

"The Moxy is THE place to stay while visiting Asheville! The vibe is very relaxed and hip. Check in is quick and easy, the staff is very friendly and eager to help. There are two very inviting sitting areas where you can relax, enjoy your beverage, play games, watch the sidewalk traffic and connect. Our room was very well designed and tastefully decorated, loved the rain fall shower. Very convenient location down town, felt safe and will definitely return."

"Room was not very clean. There was a visible gap between the toilet and floor. Staff called saying there was a leak into the room below. Bath mat was wet and we worried it may have been due to a leaky toilet. Pretty gross. "
