Newly renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home. Bedrooms each have a queen bed and living room has a sleeper sofa with a queen mattress. Located a few minutes outside of Marquette with easy access on US 41. House is fully furnished has a full size kitchen, spacious living room, and deck to relax on.

In town for the Marji. It was the perfect location between the start and finish line. There were 6 of us, but it never felt over crowded. Tons of towels, great water pressure in shower. Everything you could need in kitchen. Very clean.

Perfect and convenient

The house has all the comforts of home that makes your stay easy. This is the second time I’ve stayed here in less than a year. The location is a little far out of town, but the house is immaculate!

Good home base

Beautiful and spacious house located very close to Marquette. Check in process was extremely easy and hassle free. Made an excellent jumping off point for the hiking and other trips that we did while in the area. Highly recommended.

Excellent home away from home.

It’s so much better staying in a house instead of a hotel. This house was a perfect two bedroom. Communication with the owner was easy and they were very responsive. Loved it!

Convenient to Marquette and Ishpeming

I stayed here for a mountain bike trip. Nice convenient location to lots of trail heads. Overall very clean and comfortable. The location on 41 could be a drawback for some if your looking for a quiet neighborhood, but the convenience of being able to quickly get where you wanted was nice. Overall I enjoyed the stay.

Awesome place!

Place was very clean with what looked like new amenities. Plan on bringing your own spices, coffee etc, for cooking, but they do have pots/pans dishes etc Even though it’s on a busy road, you do not hear the traffic inside. Would definitely stay again

Very clean, close to Marquette

Very cute property, only a few minute drive to downtown Marquette, shopping, and hiking trails. The house was perfect for our family of five. It was incredibly neat, clean and clutter free.

Marathon stay with the family

Great rental!

We enjoyed our stay at Brian’s rental. I had to change dates a few times and he was patient with me and easy to work with. The house is cute, cozy, and really important to us, CLEAN! We were in town for my son’s move in at Northern Michigan University and it was in very close proximity to the college and downtown Marquette. Would highly recommend.

Perfect Home Away From Home

We rented this property for the a long weekend as my husband was running a 100 mile race between Marquette and Ishpeming. We knew we wouldn't be at the property much, but wanted someplace we could come and go as we needed. The house is perfectly situated and easily accessible. I was a little surprised to find out the property shares a business entrance, but it wasn't too disruptive. The beds are very comfortable and the appliances and ammentities are exceptionally clean and in good working order. My only suggestion would be to stock a few pantry and fridge items such as cooking oil/spray, condiments, coffee, etc. Will definitely recommend this property to others and look forward to our next stay!

Great short stay for family vacation

My family of five (three grown boys) stayed at this place in Marquette. Communication was great and check in was super easy. We had plenty of kitchen supplies, plus dish soap, dish washer soap, cleaner, trash bags, pots and pans etc... Even spices and coffee with filters. Many VRBO's I have rented do not have these extras so that was amazing. House was clean and check out was really easy in this VRBO. We grilled on the patio one night which was nice for our family just to chill. This is connected to a small business through one door and two separate private doors. It works perfect and we didn't even know they were there. From other comments I had the vision that this was a store and others were coming in and out. NO, it is totally private. I loved the color coded bath towels which is amazing in our family to keep it straight. The road noise is pretty loud between normal hours but definitely lightens at night. The huge TV also drowns it out. Can't hear it at all in the master. Lots of extra towels, sheets and pillows. Pull out bed is not really comfy, but I have never had a pullout that was. We were grateful it was there to fit our family. So all good there. So happy we booked this place and the price was perfect. Thank you so much.
