About this property

Lake front suite on very desirable lake in Gwinn, Mi. Year round activities.

  • Quaint and cozy in-law suite attached to a nice lake property. No dock currently but boat ramp is less than 1/4 mile. Fully furnished with all new furniture and bedding ready for your stay. Pet friendly. Snowmobile friendly area. Enjoy a fire in the fire pit by the lake with family and friends. Very large living room with 2 full size futon beds, free WiFi and smart tv so bring your favorite apps. Master bedroom has a queen bed and smart tv. Large kitchen/dining room area with everything you'll need to prepare and enjoy a good meal. Enjoy a cook out if you want to bring a grill or use the charcoal grill on the property. Large yard space for a small get together if desired. lots of parking and if your staying during the winter a garage space can be purchased for the duration on your stay. Laundry service also available on site. We wash, dry, and fold your laundry for a $15 fee per load. Access to free use of the sauna located one mile from the lakehouse property at our hotel.
