    One block from the beach and Marquette's seemingly endless bike path system, this bright & stylish 4-bedroom, 2 full bathroom house is the perfect spot for your stay in Marquette. Walk to the lower harbor, downtown, or area bars and restaurants. Interior finishes have been updated from top to bottom including great room with new kitchen, dining area and living room, 1st floor queen suite with full bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms (one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and one bedroom with 2 twin beds), a large full bath, laundry, and ample storage.

    Outdoor space includes dining area, fire pit, sun lounges and yard games.

    Property also has an oversized two-car garage.

Location was awesome! One block from the Lake! We could walk to downtown and Third St. It was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, and we loved all the updates! Thanks for a great stay!

Brooke's place was amazing. We rented the place for work but it became me and my team's home away from home. It is charming, inviting, and personal in all the right ways. The upgrades were well thought out and you can tell she is constantly improving the property. Direct communication was immediate and she was always more than accommodating in our requests. I will be keeping this place in mind when bringing my family up to take the plunge off Blackrocks.
