I booked this through expedia on my phone ap, I was billed for two nights but only stayed one night and now I'm being told I cannot get a refund...The ap was having problems, and I canceled July 22nd, but was billed for the 22nd and the 23rd. loved this hotel will definitely be coming back. housekeeping was phenomenal!! and i LOVE the infused water in the lobby. restaurant food could’ve been a little better. room was comfy and clean and affordable!! i loved the pool, hot tub and the sauna. really great experience will definitely be back when it’s warmer out to experience some outdoor activities more!
