"What a fab view. Unlike most others in Taupo, THIS motel is on the lakefront, not across the road. We opted for a lake view unit, and it was wothwhile. And to top it all off, it is basically part of the Millenium Hotel next door, so we could have ordered room service and used the gym! A shame we were only passing through, so only one night. Highly recommended."

"Was a different set up than the usual motel. We had booked a two bedroom room. We had an area which was used by staff which had two separate motel rooms with no bathrooms in them. The bathroom was across the hall with a notice saying it was for use by our two bedrooms only. We were able to lock a door to our area so it cane a private suite. Large accessible bathroom but needed cleaning or touching up. The light outside our rooms stayed in all night so going to the bathroom during the night blinded you as soon as you opened the hallway door. The rooms were large and comfortable though with interesting decor. "
