Excellent stay in Marmaris!!

Great hotel for couples and families. Food is excelent, Staff is superior and well trained. The Spa is especially great!! I have previously stayed at other locations in Marmaris but find this one is the best given the great staff and wonder amenities.

I'd like to start my review from the beginning. I'm currently staying here. The location is excellent, very close to everything. Transportation is very easy. The reception staff are very respectful, polite, and smiling, and they greeted us at the door. Thank you very much for choosing a very good reception team. The waiters and bar staff are also very polite and respectful, but the cocktails could be improved a bit, most of them are too sweet, but this has to do with the ingredients; the staff prepares them very well. We were also pleased with the room maids. The rooms are very clean, with towels changed daily, etc. We were two women staying. Our dissatisfaction: the food!!! There are plenty of chicken and potato dishes. Leftovers from yesterday or the previous meal are served even if they are stale. There is a wide variety of food, but unfortunately, they are all tasteless. There's no red meat; only one meatball was served, and we never saw it again. We had to eat chicken every meal to stay satisfied. The breakfast items run out very early and are not replenished, which is strange. The evening entertainment needs improvement. We ran into the dance and aerobics team, which was nice, but the entertainment is mostly for children, not enough for adults; they need to be more creative. It's part of the Paşa hotel chain, but I think the Paşa Hotel on the beach, despite being a 4-star hotel, is more successful. I think this hotel should be a 4-star hotel, not a 5-star hotel, because

Great location, fantastic food

Really nice hotel, lovely sea views and a very good and wide selection of all-inclusive food choices. The deserts are especially good! Staff were nice and professional, hotel was clean and wi-fi was mostly good (although the power cut out a few times just for a few minutes each time, resulting in a disconnect). All in all though, a very nice hotel.

Good stay and would recommend

Overall I would say a very pleasant stay, food selection wasn't the greatest compared to some of the 5 star’s i’ve stayed in Antalya and Istanbul, it was pretty much the same things every lunch and dinner. Nice pool, well maintained. All the staff were great apart from the day time lady manager, don’t know her name but she needs to smile when serving guests and be much more welcoming. Told me one price on the phone and when i got there an hour later she changed to a higher price. There was another lady that spoke english who was lovely. The night time gentlemen at the reception was also very nice, metrey, i think his name was. Close to loads of shops etc

3 day break at this fabulous hotel

Our first time in Marmaris we live in Fethiye. We had a wonderful time at this lovely hotel. We could not find fault with anything about it. All of the staff were happy and friendly always willing to help from the cleaners to the manager. P The rooms clean and comfortable. and serviced daily. Food and drink tasty and plentiful. We have recommended to friends. We used the spa and wellness centre which was warm and welcoming. The staff friendly and very professional with very competitive prices for hamam and massage. We wish them every success for the coming season.

As an all inclusive 4 star hotel it lacks service and attention - I would seriously consider this a 3 star hotel - WiFi beach towel and safe in your room are all extra charges

Berbat ötesi 1 otel, nerdem başlasam bilemiyorum. Resepsiyonu sadece orda durmaktan ibaret sanan çalışanlar mı dersin, pazar günü diye otele gelmeyen otel müdürü mü dersin, plaj havlusu için saat 10u beklemek mi dersin, açık büfenin berbat ötesi olması mı, kokteyl bardaklarının plastik olup 5000 defa kullanılıp kirden kararması mı dersin, personelin ilgisizliği mi, odaların kötü olması mı dersin bilemiyorum gerçekten. Hayatımdaki açık ara en kötü otel konaklamasıydı. Bu otele 5 yıldız verenin aklından da şüphe ederim orası ayrı konu. İlgi alaka 0, fiyat performans 0.

worst hotel ever

it was the worst experience, cheap management, too much rules. I have never been charged for a safety box in my life, although the safety box is in my room, I paid about 200 US Dollar for one night and they want to charge me 2 euro for the safety box, also my booking is with Wifi but I had to pay again 2 euro a day for the internet, it is only free in the lobby.. there is no Iron and will not provide one, there are no tissue in the room and so many others. this is wither 2 or 3 stars hotel definitely not 5 stars I do not recommend it to any one, stay away from this hotel

Erg achteruit gegaan

3 jaar geleden een top vakantie gehad in Golden Rock, maar sindsdien is er zoveel veranderd en niet in de postieve zin. De meeste personeelsleden zijn onvriendelijk en absoluut niet begaan met de hotelgasten. Het buffet is vaak leeg en wordt niet bijgevuld. Internet op de kamer is betalend (2€ per dag) waardoor de lobby (gratis wifi) in een internet cafe veranderd en je er niet rustig meer iets kan drinken. De gratis wifi is trouwens enorm traag, wss omdat het hele hotel dezelfde wifi gebruikt. Wij waren zeer teleurgesteld en zullen niet voor een derde keer terug gaan.

Family fun!

My room had wallpaper that was peeling off in all sorts of places, but that’s my only negative I have to say. Cleanliness was well kept in the entire hotel and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great place for a family trip and will return again because of the inclusivity plus location.
