"Very Disappointing Second Visit This was my second time staying at Labranda Mares Marmaris. My first experience was much better, which is why I decided to come back, but unfortunately this time I was very disappointed. The biggest problem is that the hotel seems seriously understaffed. There are not enough employees for the number of guests staying at the hotel. Because of this, there are lines almost everywhere and you spend too much of your vacation waiting. "Accommodation was dated but OK, beds comfortable, shower OK. Liked that we had a balcony. Fridge was rubbish. View from the hotel was beautiful Lots of step around which could prove difficult for less abled/pushchairs. Pool nice (could be busy in high summer) hated the loud music played by the pool. Food was plentiful with options for everyone but repetitive after a few day . Alcoholic drinks were dreadful. WiFi only in the reception and pool area. Staff were generally nice and helpful...

"There was no shampoo in the bathrooms, the remote for AC did not have batteries and it did not work well. Telephone needed replacement. You’d expect any of these to work seamlessly in any decent hotel but it took several request to get these straight here. The food, particularly desert section, was great. The town, scenery, sea was great."

"It is a good hotel in an excellent condition in front of the sea with nice facilities including water slide, big pool and great beach. People are very nice, the service is good, nice food, nice location. It is a great value for such a hotel! Thank you"

"This was an exceptional hotel. Everything was so nice. You were able to walk barefoot from your room to the beach and restaurants. The yoga on the top of the hill is an amazing experience. The only issue was the spa. It was probably the most expensive massage I have ever have, and it was a horrible one. I wish they fixed it, but the rest was exceptional."
