"Large property within a quiet Village next to the Lake. The layout is a bit unusual but there are lots of rooms out houses and space. The stairs are probably not ideal for families or elderly people. We found a few broken items which suggest that the up keep isn’t as good as you would expect, a few broken chairs, broken glass, and the Kettle didn’t work on arrival but it was replaced quickly once we notified the property manager. We don’t speak French and the property manager had limited English...

"Maison très belle, équipée et fournie de tout le nécessaire. Jardin très soigné et équipé aussi. Idéal pour passer du temps en plein air, loin du centre ville. Propriétaire super gentille, disponible et présente pour tout besoin, bienveillante mais discrète. Un seul petit bémol: les photos de l’annonce montraient la piscine alors qu’il y avait des travaux et elle n’était pas du tout disponible. Enfin, plus de soin dans le nettoyage de la vaisselle rendrait le tout au top."

"A characterful house with a good big garden and a super location a short walk to the lovely beach at St Jorioz and also close to a practical town with useful services. Lovely to sit on the small balcony outside the kitchen window while someone else is cooking. This kitchen is small - as shown on the site - but worked out fine for our party of 10 as long as everyone is not in the kitchen at once. "The place is perfect and Carlos and his wife very nice and ensuring that everything’s perfect for us. We traveled during the Christmas holiday and a Christmas tree was setup in the chalet for us. Very quick to get into Annecy and 25 mins to La Clusaz and Le Grand Bormand. Will definitely keep this Adress for summer too. Thanks Carlos"

"Phillip and Charlotte were the perfect hosts, there when needed but otherwise left us to enjoy the property, which, I have top say is first class. lots of room, plenty of equipment, dishes, pans etc. The rear garden was where we spent most of our evenings, there were 6 of us, motorcyclists, we cooked or BBQ'd every night and bought beer, wine from the local shop and relaxed and chatted about the ride we had undertaken during the day.
