"Bery clean and orginized property."

"This is a terrific house for a large family - 5 good sized bedrooms and terrific gathering spaces. The large, open kitchen/dining room is well set up for a group to talk and eat. Big, comfy couch with large tv in one good-sized living room and a second couch/tv/game room allows folks to spread out. Check in & out were super easy and communication with the owner was good. It would have been helpful to know that the entire house is on the second floor of a building- the grandparents did fine but...

"The unit is very nice inside. The only bathroom is on the 1st floor and the steps are steep. We were traveling with my 79 year old father and every time he got up in the night to use the bathroom I was nervous. Besides that, the house had everything we needed and was clean and bright. The curb appeal is lacking but it's a safe neighborhood. There is a great diner within walking distance. We ate there everyday! It was 15 minutes from Northeastern. We really enjoyed our long weekend in Watertown."

"We came down with myself, my husband, my mother and our 4 children to spend the week with our family down here and explore Boston. The house was beautiful and clean. conveniently it has the washer and drier which helped with our big family and washing our laundry!! kitchen and living spaces were wonderful as well. Location was great for anything we needed! restaurants, mall, target, grocery stores and not too far from Boston. The neighborhood was quiet and cute as is the town! Owner was helpful...

"Put my and my family of 5 in the wrong room, which they easily changed to a 2x2 as i had rented. Sunday afternoon the "maintence" man let himself in as we are in the room letting our dog outside. He didnt speak much english. Not sure what he was doing but he looked in our electric oven and than left. We didnt feel real safe so when we left we made sure to tske any valubles out and rigged the room to see of people had come in again. "
