"We arrived Early the morning of the 7th. The staff including the maids were very nice. They even cleaned our room early so we could check in somewhat early. "We didn’t receive instructions to access the property and the owner didn’t respond to communications. It took an hour on the phone with VRBO who also left messages with owner.
