Very friendly staff. Many options for breakfast everyday, patmeal was very mushy. Room carpet had a tear and threading at pme point, should comsider even fixing the small square.

The room was extremely nice! Very clean and modern! It had a cute little kitchenette, and it was stocked with plenty of coffee! We were pleasantly surprised, and very satisfied! I would stay here again.

Excellent staff!
I had my 2 dogs with me and every member of the staff was so sweet and welcoming of them. The room was a bit smaller than I anticipated, but the staff more than made up for it.

My room was fine-great mattress, towels, cleanliness, etc. The problem was the kids above my room! They were running and jumping untill 10pm. I had to call the main desk to ask if she could quiet them. The kids were quiet for 15 minutes and started up again untill midnight. I had to go up to their room and pound-and I mean pound on their door to ask them to be quiet. Then again at 7:15 am the kids started again with the running, jumping and now yelling. I informed the main desk again. This is not the way go start my business conference!

Outside entrance doors don’t work with the room key. Front desk said they tend to stick when it gets colder outside. Not very convenient to have to walk all the way around the hotel in the snow.

Housekeeping issues
When we arrived Sunday evening we were told we would have housekeeping services every other day. On Wednesday we went for replacement towels and were told to put garbage outside the door and that it would be looked into. Thursday they replaced the dish clothes but beds were not made and garbage not cleared. We left Saturday morning still with no linen changes and all the used tiwels in the basket in the closet.

There was confusion when checking in and I ended up getting double charged for my stay. They are processing a return and the front desk was helpful, she just didn't understand the process which caused the issue. The room was clean except for the dust covered bathroom fan. The breakfast was very simple. If you have a room on the front of the building there is a lot of road noise. Other than that it is a nice place and I enjoyed my stay, I wouldn't let those issues stop me from going back.

Lovely stay
We had a lovely stay, so much so that we booked our 2nd night with them. Bed comfortable, breakfast okay, staff super friendly and helpful. And free cookies and water 😋. We would definitely stay again.

Very nice.
Very nice place. I thought I was in the wrong hotel at first. I've payed more in other places, and didn't get half of what TownePlace had to offer. The bathrooms alone were awesome.

My bed was horrible sinking in and caused me to have severe back pain. The sheets were yellow and stained black. My shower kept getting clogged and I had to shower in a puddle. Disappointed stay.

We had a wonderful quick stay here with my family! Everything was clean and comfortable. Workout room and pool fit our needs perfect. Staff was so kind and considerate. The breakfast was great—full of warm options plus grab and go. Even had prepackaged gluten free muffins which was much appreciated! Great stay! We will come back here if in the area again. Thank you!

Great Property
We came to town for a funeral and was very impressed with this hotel. Very friendly staff and a clean room helped reduce our stress of the situation. At least we could stay hassle free.
