"I had to call and then walk down to the desk to get a remote for the TV and two of the lamps were unplugged. The outdoor pool looked green so I didn't try it. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Overall it was a good experience."

"This little cabin was really A slice of heaven! Perfect setting if you're looking for a quiet place that you can relax, throw a pole in and catch some fish. Got to see turtles, lizards and a momma deer and her 2 babies... It was perfect for the boyfriend & I and exactly what we weren't looking for."

"This property is great!! The house is clean and the host has thought of everything you might need. Very few rentals on the lake will provide coffee and creamer and pretty much any seasoning you can think of. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and even a crockpot. Allison responded right away when I messaged her. They have a great dog, Kevin, who visits the guests and takes a dip in the pond. Unfortunately we have very hyper dogs and one is not always receptive to other dogs so Allison was very gracious when I asked her to not have him loose while we were there. It was very hot on the days we were there but it was still pleasant to sit on the covered porch overlooking the pond. The only drawback I have to most of the rentals on the lake is I feel the cost has gotten out of control. But they are all keeping up with the times. I would definitely stay here again!!"

Best location on Lake of Egypt by land and by water!

"The location by land was super easy to access and close to two marinas. The house location on a peninsula was wonderful. Excellent views of the lake! The kids enjoyed fishing all along the shoreline of the property. Lots of outdoor seating."
