"I usually not leaving low ratings for anyone but this place was very overrated, expensive food and not very friendly staff. The have place so much emphasis on not necessary and for got the human factor and creating a welcoming environment. That is so sad. I should not be judging based on only one experience but the one experience is what makes a good and best place. In short, we will not be staying there again."

There was a lady at breakfast that would go out of her way every morning to ask how I was, if I had everything I needed and asked about my day ahead. The reception staff knew who I was, aware I had taxis booked and communicated extremely well with each so that they knew I had a late check out. An amazing stay!"
