"Great location, quiet neighborhood, close drive to a lot of places and easy walk to a breakfast cafe. The house was very clean and kitchen was well stocked with all utensils. The screened porch was lovely and the gardens have private landscaping with lots of trees and palms. The communication from hosts was excellent."

"This property was very modern with Florida decor. It was very comfortable and had plenty of room. The kitchen had all the amenities you might need. This condo was very clean. The grounds are very well kept. There is a pool for the warm Florida weather. Bruce, our host was very nice and checked up on us making sure we were finding everything we needed. " Our family had a fantastic week staying at Moon Bay. The unit was more than comfortable for our family with two teens and we were very impressed with the property. The common amenities were extremely well maintained. We enjoyed the docks (with fish cleaning station) for fishing and amazing sunsets, grills, pool, sauna and clubhouse daily. Everyone we encountered throughout our stay was so friendly, with many long-time renters. The location is ideal, allowing for day trips to Miami and Key West, with options for fishing charters, snorkeling, and personal watercraft rentals minutes away. We also loved breakfast at Mrs. Mac’s, and bringing our catch to Snook’s. It was our first time to the Keys, and we look forward to returning in the future!"

"I now know what it feels like to be scammed. I arrived at 6:30 PM on Friday. Right away I noticed dead roaches in the condo which looked like it had been built in the 40s. There was no AC in the living room. There was AC in one of the bedrooms but not powerful enough to cool the entire unit. Then the tv was missing thr remote to change the channels. There was a celing fan in the living room that did not work. There was somting blowing behind a recleaner. I think this must have been a poor attempt to cool the living room or just to remind you that there was no AC and just a good way to add salt to the wound. The next day the manager arrived to show us the boat. Wesigned a bunch of papers basically saying that we were responsible for anything that would happen to the old boat. Then the manager said he would have to come back and put a battery charger on it because the battery was dead. I started think about the whole situation and I contacted him two hours later and informed him that I was leaving in the morning. This is ashamed that this company lets people get away with this and we have no way to get our money back."
