It's nothing fancy but it has more than some of the high end hotels. Staff is great from the front of the house to house keeping. The knowledge of the surrounding area for food recommendations and activities. The house keeping where very good and nice and whatever you need they got for you. One of the biggest things was the free laundry service and supplying you with soap and dryer sheets. They have a lot of little things that make a beach day perfect by letting you use beach chairs and umbrellas even sunblock and aloe vera for the sun burned. It's a hiding gem walking distance to everything. It was our first time going to Hawaii and they made it memorable

"Hotel was nice but not special. The furniture was run down but there was a lot of space in the junior suite. Pool was ok but not great and no beach view. I also requested an ocean front and hot ocean view. Wouldn’t stay again despite location is right in the center."

"Overall a nice experience but be careful of Oceanview and Oceanfront. Oceanview is the lower tier and will yield you a view of the back of the harbor (dirty) and parking lot. The ocean sits on the left but you have to be at the rightmost corner of your window."
