"The waiter at breakfast was very attentive and incredibly friendly, as was the receptionist The hotel is very comfortable and within easy walking distance to the centre (3 or 4 minutes) We got a day pass that allowed us to view all the major sites, which I would recommend"

"The staff take great care of the facility. You can eat off the floors. The dining area is immaculate and my room was cleaned every day. The front desk staff are exceptionally kind and eager to help. The room is very simple but clean and functional. One concern I had was the lack of soundproofing. The man staying across the hall from me was talking with someone late at night and I probably heard better than the person on the other end of the phone. I am glad the following two nights were not the same. I had a very pleasant stay."

"Great hotel--would definitely stay again! Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean room. Great sink area--room for multiple items that stayed put. The breakfast was amazing--I wish I had been able to take better advantage of it (slept through it one day, another day rushed to catch train). Fresh baked goods--oven right there baking them. Got excellent restaurant advice from staff. Local food specialties worth a visit alone. Hotel within walking distance of 7 UNESCO sites (8th via city bus). 6 of them within very easy walking distance of the hotel. Mosaics! Room nice and quiet. Comfortable bed. Chair in room hard plastic and noisy to move (also in breakfast area), but that is only quibble with the place. Ravenna well worth a visit and Hotel Diana was an excellent hotel to stay in while there. "

"NH Ravenna is a short walk from both the station and the town centre, so it’s position is perfect. The hotel is large and modern with every facility you would expect. Check-in was speedy and efficient, our room was extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the modern, well equipped bathroom was a delight! Breakfast featured everything you would want and the staff were charming and helpful. I would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel is in close proximity to the train station. Our room was small but comfortable, It's relatively new and clean, the bathroom has a nice shower and a bidet.. The common areas are well lit and tidy. The breakfast was unexpectedly good with a lot of choices. The front desk staff were quite helpful and accommodating despite the language barrier. They did their best to tell us our way around Ravenna and helped us arrange for our transportation to the cruise port. I highly recommend the place."

"Located by the port, across from the train station, and a block away from Theoderic’s Tomb the hotel offers easy access to a very walkable city. You are no more then 20ish minutes from the city centre and all of the sites it offers. Highly recommend the top floor suites which have amazing light in the morning."

"The good, bad and the beautiful: Good - very close to the market and excellent dining. The neighborhood is lovely and the ancient church grounds nearby are stunning. Bad - walls very thin. Neighbors came in around 3:30am and it sounded like they were in the room. Neighbors across the hall left at 7am and same experience. Beautiful - the staff, specifically Miguel, were attentive, helpful and generally outstanding! They allowed us to store our bags, helped us make ground transportation and gave us ideas and tourist info. Wonderful stay! "
