The staff provided excellent service, the breakfast provided in the morning was a tasty buffet on the 4th floor with an amazing view of Mt Vesuvius and the sea. The AC worked very well thank goodness because it was very hot outside during our stay. We were there four nights and very pleased with our choice. They also arranged airport pickup for us from Naples which went smoothly. The hotel has an elevator."
