This property was amazing! Right in the heart of Sorrento but also was very safe and quiet. The staff was so accommodating and kind. Our room was incredibly spacious with a separate living room and excellent air conditioning! This property only has 5 rooms so it was so quiet, we never even saw or heard other people and felt like we had it all to ourselves! Couldn’t recommend this property more, we look forward to returning!

It was by far the best place to stay. Centrally located it was perfect as I was traveling with my mom and daughters my mom could sit at an outdoor cafe outside the hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay at Maison Lovino Luxury Rooms! The location was perfect — within walking distance to so many beautiful restaurants, bars, shops, and everything we wanted to see in Sorrento. The ferry port was also only about a 10-minute walk away, which made getting around so easy. The hospitality was wonderful, and they truly made our stay effortless. Our room was always clean, fresh water was provided, and every detail was taken care of. It really felt like they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. And I have to give a special shoutout to Simona — she was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly responsive, punctual, kind, and helpful throughout our entire stay. She helped us arrange taxis and drivers, recommended tours and restaurants, and was always available whenever we needed anything. Her warm personality and attention to detail made such a difference. We would absolutely stay here again — and again! Maison Lovino was the perfect home base for our time in Sorrento, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Right down town above all the shops and restaurants. Everything is very walkable. It does get a bit noisy at night because of all that is going on but worth it not to have to find transportation to shop and eat and beach.

Location was perfect but expect no taxis are able to take you in front of the “apartment”. The road from where the taxi drops you off isn’t too long but is cobblestone. The apartment does have a lift which is helpful with luggage. Lidia was very helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

Paid high price Excellent location. Shops and/or restaurants are located right by the building entrance. The reason I didn’t give a 5 Stars are the towels were worn out and no personal onsite. It’s like B&B accommodations.

Very friendly staff with great recommendations for places to eat and things to do. Cleanest room we've had in Italy, they truly have high standards and take hygiene seriously. The decor was tasteful without being overwhelming. Located at a short walking distance of everything (including central elevator to the port), you won't regret booking this. Only downsides for us were the other clients which were extremely loud at night (probably due to the worldcup), but they settled down after we talked with Simona. Thank you again, by the way!

The hotel was an absolute delight! The location was spectacular truly perfect. Communication with the hotel manager was great, and the room was gorgeous with the most spectacular view. It was close to all the restaurants, shops, and a very safe area. I stayed with my two kids, and we loved the space. The room was beautifully decorated, modern, and very clean. I want to thank them for our stay. Sorrento is beyond spectacular absolutely recommendable for everyone!

Perfect location. Very clean. Clear communication. Easy check-in. While air conditioned, that option was shut off during our April stay, heat only - but the big window provided a great amount of cooling during the evening and night. Building has elevator/lift. I would stay here again.

Mission was the most excellent host. He helped provide restaurant options and assisted with anything else we needed. Accommodations were very clean, housekeeping daily, and were in a perfect location for shopping, restaurants, and transportation. A little street noise on the weekends if you are in a room overlooking the Main Street.

Great stay overall! The property is in an excellent location, very clean, and check-in was seamless. Having an elevator was a big plus for luggage. Just note that while it’s listed as a hotel, it’s more like a guest house and doesn’t have a 24-hour front desk person available. If you’re fine with that, it’s a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
