Mission was the most excellent host. He helped provide restaurant options and assisted with anything else we needed. Accommodations were very clean, housekeeping daily, and were in a perfect location for shopping, restaurants, and transportation. A little street noise on the weekends if you are in a room overlooking the Main Street.

Location location location! Right in the centre of the action on Corso Italia. Beautifully renovated and immaculately clean. Even though there are noisy eateries open rather late in the area, the brand new doors and windows lock out the noise for a restful sleep. Check in was easy - Max greeted us warmly and gave us a very informative intro to the area. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything as promised and even more

Maison Iovino is a great accommodation at a great location. When booking, I was a little apprehensive, as it was not a typical hotel. But after checking in, we found it to be better than a hotel. There were several rooms at the facility, and the facility was new and stylishly furnished. Its location on the main street is super convenient. Our host Maximo was very friendly and helpful. He gave us good restaurant and laundromat recommendations, and was even helpful in booking tours after hours. This place was everything as promised and even more.

Perfect Sorrento experience

Perfect location to explore Sorrento! Check-in process was easy and Francesco was wonderful. He was very helpful to set us up with tours (he made the process very easy) and give us recommendations for restaurants. Bed is comfortable and the wifi is strong in the room. Would definitely come back!

This was not the best experience. Room was okay, they don’t clean shower area well. Location was perfect! But… Hot water stopped working at the end of stay, wifi was terrible or didn’t work, management was semi responsive but cared more about me checking out than solving problems. Could not get tv and coffee maker to work. They meet me videos of it working after i checked out… Just not a great experience, definitely will not go back. Recomended looking at other properties in the area.

Stayed 8 days first week of August 2024. Weather was 30 all week, no rain. Wonderful stay: Francesco and Anna were very attentive and their attention to detail was impressive, our family suite was clean and smelled fresh always. Mini fridge was stocked on arrival with water and juices, coffee pods, slippers, bath essentials, bathtub had jets for massage, shower head with lots of options, bidet. Fresh towels of varying sizes for each one of us daily. Wifi was great, large screen TVs (we never used bc there is too much fun to have outside our room!)sheets great, size of room great, view out of balcony enticed us out into the streets every morning and evening. Great time for all four of us ages 11,15, 48, 51. We enjoyed our vacation very much thanks to Francesco, Anna. The accommodations made it easy to stay in Sorrento and enjoy all it had to offer in town, and to travel outside of Sorrento was very comfortable and we highly recommend the location as it was central and yet quiet behind the great double windows. We suggest lots of open communication on what your expectations are, your preferences and don’t be afraid to ask for help if there is something you need, as their level of transparency and willingness to help really made the difference during our stay and remained on point through out. We look forward to staying with Mason Lovino again!

Great stay overall! The property is in an excellent location, very clean, and check-in was seamless. Having an elevator was a big plus for luggage. Just note that while it’s listed as a hotel, it’s more like a guest house and doesn’t have a 24-hour front desk person available. If you’re fine with that, it’s a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
