"The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout my stay, which made the experience very uncomfortable. The room itself had a strong unpleasant odor that did not go away, even after airing it out. To make matters worse, there were cockroaches in the room, which is completely unacceptable and raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene of the property."

"I loved the privacy, beach, mostly room was clean, loved the balcony beach view, food was good. Phenomenal experience @ The spa Indulgence by the sea -massager was phenomenal- Avenicia Salomon -I scheduled 2x with her -she was possibly the best staff member I met along with Mimi from the breakfast@ main restaurant- the views were breathtaking @ Oceans. The rest of staff need real customer service etiquette- very rude & grotesque attitude/passive aggressive behavior- that made my experience mostly good- if staff was customer service friendly it would have been excellent- thank you!"
