"The Apartment is really beautiful! Right in the heart of the Marina with an amazing view into the bay. From the cozy balcony you can see all the different boats and yachts coming in, see the sunset or sunrise or just feel the energy of the locals as they go about their lifes. The apartment is beautiful decorated, has all the amenities you might need, everything needed to cook, make coffee or tea, ceiling fans, AC's , washer & dryer. You are right in the center of Marigot with a coffee shop downstairs, small supermarket, different restaurants right next to the apartment, car renting place, excursion shops and if you want to, you can even use the facilities in the 5* Zoetry Marigot Bay Hotel next to it.To be honest, for us the Apartment was perfect, way better than any hotel and the bed is also nicer than in many 4* hotels.Pauline our contact person was great, always available to answer my multiple questions and extremely helpful so that we could have the best time on the island.I highly recommend Simons Apartment as it made our stay on the island absolutely unforgettable and we will definitely book it again when we come back to St. Lucia ."

"The condo looks exactly as it is advertised. There was plenty of room for 2 couples, the condo was quite well stocked with utensils, dishes, appliances etc. The scenery in the area is beautiful, the small beach at Marigot Bay was fine for swimming, but definitely is a small beach area. Having access to the pools at Zoetry was great!! We had a couple of minor issues, with things we required at the condo, but this was looked after very quickly by the property manager.She was excellent!! There are 3 sets of fairly steep steps up to the condo, so this would be an extreme challenge if you have mobility issues. The balcony was quite small, but had a fairly good view of the Bay. "

"Amazing building with its unique ceiling. Very well appointed and clean. Balcony was lovely with stunning views over Marigot Bay. The pool and pool area a real treat again with same views. A pleasant walk down the hill into the bay. Great getting discount in the Chateau Mygo bar and restaurant. Had some lovely meals there. Frank the owner was very helpful and he gave us lifts back up the hill. Thanks so much for a great stay. Would definitely recommend."

"The villa is extremely spacious and was perfect for our family. All the facilities were excellent, from the downstairs rooms with easy access to the pool, the poolside kitchen and the lovely seated area around the pool, which we used constantly.The main lounge, dining area, and kitchen worked beautifully as open-plan living, with great flow and easy access out onto the surrounding balconies. The upstairs bedrooms were very spacious and had stunning views looking down through the trees towards Marigot Bay.The setting is truly special. We felt completely immersed in a secluded, peaceful rainforest environment, which made the stay feel idyllic and relaxing throughout.The team at Villa Kai Bois looked after us splendidly. A special thank you to Agatha, Lucan, and Will for their kindness, support, and attention during our stay.We would thoroughly recommend this villa to others and would very happily return.
