"We had an amazing 2-day stay at bai Hotel Cebu. From check-in to check-out, the staff were very professional, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. We booked for 2 rooms and both rooms were clean, modern, spacious, and very comfortable. The food selection was excellent, especially the breakfast buffet which had a wide variety of delicious choices. We also enjoyed the hotel facilities and the overall ambiance of the property especially the pool bar which has a stunning 360 views of Cebu City. The panoramic city view, especially at night with all the city lights, was absolutely breathtaking and made the experience feel extra special and relaxing. We highly recommend bai Hotel Cebu to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with incredible views of Cebu City. We will definitely come back again."

"The superbly friendly and helpful staff at this hotel is the only saving grace and if it’s a must, its location right next to the airport. Other than these two, find a different hotel. The initial room I was given had a non working AC. (Mind you, the area’s temperature is in the upper 80s (fahrenheit) with an 80+ % humidity. So, it’s hot and you’re sweating!) They offered me their Executive Suite and transferred me there. Superbly generous of them I initially thought until I discovered the AC situation to be the same, the hot water doesn’t work, the bathroom floors weren’t vacuumed properly and, all the wicker furniture, which is essentially ALL furniture, needed detailed dusting. They serve very good food but there’s plenty of good food in the area."

"Me and my wife stayed at Costabella Tropical Beach Hotel for five nights and had a genuinely pleasant experience. The room was comfortable, everything worked properly, and the AC was a lifesaver in the May heat. Check‑in was smooth, and we were even allowed to check in early. The staff were consistently warm and attentive. The resort has three restaurants/bars, all serving great food with plenty of local Cebu dishes. If you can, choose the breakfast option — the morning buffet is worth it. The beach is one of the nicest in the area, with clean white sand and calm water. There are lots of water activities available, including boat rides and island‑hopping. Highly recommend the coral reef snorkel dive tour. The pools are well maintained, and the on‑site spa was another highlight with good pricing and skilled masseuses. Another plus is the location. The resort is close to local nightlife spots, so there’s plenty to do outside the property if you want to explore. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and left with great memories. We’re already looking forward to coming back."
