"We rented this place when we moved our YA into Syracuse University. The location is near the school and other areas we needed to access. The condo is beautiful and well appointed with everything needed for a stay. The host was a pleasure to work with also. We were also safe. This house is in an area that appears to be going through a revitalization but we felt safe and secure. We would stay here again. "

"Location was very close to town. Debbie the property manager maintained great communication up until check in and to verify that everything was good at the property. She made sure that we knew she was available if we had any questions or problems. The property was very clean and comfortable. "Good location, pictures are somewhat deceiving compared to the actual condition of the property, it is quite dated, and especially the living room has a strong smell. Luckily we overcame this by opening the windows, but on hotter or colder days that wouldn't be an option.That being said it was clean and served our purposes. "We absolutely loved this little get away, for it being a shared house it felt incredibly private. The apartment itself is so nice, cozy, and so cute. The hosts knew it was our honeymoon and left us a little message welcoming us, some restaurants to try, and some wine & chips with dip. Highly recommend. "I loved the look of it in the photos, and when I first arrived, I was even more charmed by what I encountered in person. However, once I started needing to use the facilities, especially the kitchen, I realized that they were in dire need of renovation/swapping out. "This was a unique experience, kinda rustic being in a barn. The floors were uneven, the light switches in mysterious places, but such a lovely setting! We were able to borrow the host's kitty for the evening, which made us extremely happy. Sarah, the host, is delightful! Claw foot tub scan be a challenge to get in&out, if you're at all unsteady.
