"I stayed for one night at the Aloha Motel. Upon check in around 5 pm, I noticed my room wasn’t super clean. The more I looked, the more I found of trash, stains, and even a dirty washcloth hanging in the shower, still wet from when it was used. When I messaged the property owner, he asked for video/photo evidence. I sent it to him immediately, but didn’t hear back until the morning. His resolution to this is taking with housekeeping…. "Apartment was clean and updated. We were able to park right outside of stairwell door, which allowed for easy in and out. The parking lot is a gated entry, so felt safe. The building elevator was broken for our entire visit, so with the room being on the 3rd floor it was a hassle to lug our large suitcase up and down for check-in and out. Host was responsive to all questions upon check-in. "
