"My wife and I stayed in the MH Living apartment for two nights in November 2025. The apartment was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The location was great as it is close to the center (15 min walk) or a few minutes to the tram (we loved riding around Graz on the tram and even used it to visit our friend in the hospital). "Wir, zwei Familien zu je vier Personen, haben hier auf unserer Reise nach Kroatien Zwischenstopp gemacht. Das Appartement war perfekt, sauber, ausreichend groß mit kleiner Küche, Bad mit Handtüchern und bezogenen Betten. Dank Self-Check-In waren wir unabhängig von Zeit und Schlüsselübergabe. Im Parkhaus unweit entfernt stand zudem kostenfrei ein Platz zu Verfügung. Das Appartement befindet sich in ruhiger Lage, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß in die Stadt. Wir würden es wieder buchen. Danke. "

"Lovely place to stay in Graz. Very clean cosy and homely. Very well equipped. Very good communication with the owner. Very easy to find. My only complaint would be for a mirror in the bedrooms upstairs. Other than that a fantastic place to stay. Close to the city, we walked but can get a bus or tram. "Das Check-In und Parken war schwierig - die Garage ist nur für niedrige Autos geeignet und ohne die App bekommt man den Zugangscode nicht. Zum Glück ging es telefonisch schnell zu lösen. Leider fiel uns als erstes auf, dass die Zimmer nicht sauber waren. Der Fußboden war schmutzig und teilweise klebrig, das Bad war am Fliesenrand sehr schmutzig und der Lüfter wies eine Menge Staubflusen auf. Werktags war es straßenseitig sehr laut. "Es ist eines der Bekanntesten Hotels in Graz und lebt sicher von der Lage und dem Namen. Kleinigkeiten wie eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer oder Bügeleisen (Buisnesshotel) sind für mich eigentlich eine Selbstverständlichkeit. Die Bar öffnet leider erst 16:00 Uhr hat aber neben Getränken auch hervorragende Toasts im Angebot. Preis Leistung ist sehr gut , da die Lage wirklich außergewöhnlich gut ist. "
