"The location is amazing! It has both stunning views of lake on one side and mountains on the other side. The room was clean, well set, fresh smell and well set. Restaurant was top notch! Their Breakfast offerings have both cold and hot stations. They had fresh fruits and fresh veggies. Their morning chef Daniel was very accommodating in their Omelette Station and Finally the view from the Restaurant is to die for! Highly Recommended."

"Patrick's place in Graz Old Town had pretty much all you would need for a home-away-from-home stay; the grocery store was also just around the corner. This was a very quiet place despite of the road work on the street where the apartment is. The new double-glass windows are very efficient for blocking sound from outside and also the other inhabitants were very quiet. The code-key lock was great!"

"The property is located in isolated area in Alpls, with beautiful views. The host Ursula is very nice. She will prepare custom dinner or breakfast based on your preference. "We met the host on the first day and never saw her again. On the second to last day of our stay, we lost internet signal. That was the day that we needed it the most. I wanted to check-in to our flight for the following day and we had to run back and forth to the shopping mall to complete out transactions. We never saw our host again. I received an e-mail to let us know to leave the keys in the mail slot. The area we stayed in was also a bit sketchy. we were told that it was quiet at night...not...

"We stayed for a week. The Green flat was spacious but did not have a full kitchen. However it was comfortable, tastefully decorated and well equipped. The bedroom layout could have been changed to allow for bedside tables. Access and parking was good, as was the location; close to public transport. There is also a bakery/coffee shop in the same building. There was a problem on our last day when we were locked out of the flat for an hour. However, overall an enjoyable stay."

There is such a feeling of huge space and beauty there. The people that run the place, Andrea and Hubert, were so helpful and friendly all the time.
