  • Welcome! Our contemporary home is located in the heart of the Catskill Mountains on 5.26 acres. Ideal for family gatherings and reunions. Located just 1.5 miles from the village of Margaretville and 12 miles to many wedding venues located in the villages of Roxbury, Andes and Bovina. Nearby, 9 miles is Belleayre ski center and Plattekill ski is 10 miles.
    An open air concept contemporary house with stone fireplace and woodstove. Enjoy the mountain view from inside through the sliding glass doors and sky lights or out on the wrap around deck. There are five bedrooms and three bathrooms . One of the downstairs bedrooms is a large open space with three queen beds. The other four bedrooms have one queen bed. Plenty of room for the family. We also have our front desk concierge available at no charge and a 24 hr. emergency contact person
