Forestview | Margaret River Apartment

Forestview is a holiday home located in Margaret River town, which makes it the perfect base for a Margs getaway. Whether it be wineries and fine dining or exploring the many attractions and activities the region has to offer, location, location, location is key with Forestview.
The Space -
The house is self-contained, offering a fully equipped kitchen and laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer. Reverse cycle (heating and cooling) air-conditioning to the living area and both bedrooms.
Ground Floor:
On the ground floor you will find the large open plan kitchen, living, dining area leading out onto the decking area with BBQ, overlooking the forest. There is also a laundry with separate powder room, toilet and hand basin.
First Floor:
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms; the main bedroom has a king bed, and balcony overlooking the forest, the 2nd bedroom has a king bed and 1 single bed, a great space for two couples or a family. Upstairs there is also a large bathroom with shower, spa bath and separate powder / toilet.
You can park the car outside the house and walk from one end of town to the other or take a 10 minute drive and find yourself at Main Break surfers point down at the beach, not to mention some of the best wineries in Australia! Whatever style of holiday you have in mind, Forestview is a great base for your getaway!

Other things to note -
Extra fees: Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc.

Property Fee: Please note that the property fee is the Cleaning & linen fee, it says 'pay at property' however this amount will be charged to you when the amount is taken for your booking. We offer self check-in accommodation and do not have facilities where we can take payment at the property.

Credit Card Fees: 1.75% credit card fees apply for domestic VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS, 3.50% for international VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS and 3% for AMEX.

No Pets: sorry, strictly no pets.
Linen: linen is included in your stay.
