SURVEILLANCE
Security cameras are in public access areas and do not have views of private cottage areas.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire cottage, deck, and hot tub. Enjoy and make the space your own during your stay. Self-check-in is available 24/7 via a secure lockbox located near the main entrance for your convenience.
ADDITIONAL RULES
• Rental Agreement: Must be signed within 72 hours of making the reservation or the booking may be subject to cancellation.
• Check-in/Out: Check-in is from 4 PM to 11 PM; check-out is before 10 AM to allow us to prepare for the next guests.
• Pet Policy: 1 dog welcome (fee applies). No cats or puppies under 12 months.
• Quiet Hours: 11 PM – 7 AM to ensure a serene guest experience.
• No-Smoking: Strict no-smoking policy (includes vaping/e-cigarettes) inside the cottage.
• Safety & Care: No climbing, pushing, or hanging from structures or cliff edges.
• Hot Tub: Must remain covered when not in use. Please place covers on and secure latches after every use.
• Seasonal Amenities: Beach stairs, outdoor shower, and gas BBQ are unavailable Oct 15 – May 15.
