"Always love it - a little odd this time as Team Australia was staying - that was neat but weird that they had the stairway clocked for security - I wonder if next time they have a floor buy out they can set something up to allow access to the stairs for when the inevitable elevator slowdowns hit."

"This Hilton is a gem! I don’t understand some of the people’s low ratings. It was clean, comfortable, and I felt like I was getting more for my money than expected. The room was large and well appointed, in the bath and shower were top-notch. I think they must’ve just remodeled because the place looks great. There was a bar, a restaurant and all the amenities a nice hotel would have. I highly recommend this Hilton if you’re in the San Francisco East Bay area."

"Room was clean, however if you stay in the Bordeaux villa the lounge is downstairs and you will be woken up by people wanting to talk outside after it closes. I had to call the front desk as the other guests would not leave. I didn’t like they had no activities available but overall the room was comfortable the resort was clean and not major complaints."
