"÷ Nothing was as described and for everything we mentioned they said it was not them who had put the wrong information and that it was hotels.com fault. No parking on spot included and we had to pay to park far away from the hotel. The family room did not have the amount of bed described so we got given a bent sparebed instead. No welcome drink or suprise for the kids as mentioned. Did not see anything to make it a kid friendly hotel. Dirty shower. Loud music until 24.00. Reseptionist more busy...
