"Laura was an excellent host. There were a few small issues with the property (perhaps to be expected with a historic house!) and Laura responded quickly each time we reached out. We loved the ample seating, the large siding room table, the two refrigerators, and the ample bathrooms for our large family’s stay. We also took time to enjoy the decks! The property feels removed from the city because of the mature trees and bushes. It felt like a retreat for us during our busy long-weekend stay. Thanks, Laura!"

"We had a great stay! The host was very responsive and accommodated an early check in which was helpful as we were traveling for a wedding. It was clean and was enough space for 4 people. My only “negative” note would be that while this cottage itself was super nice and clean and updated, it is within a motel campus. There was definitely some rif raff outside in the parking lot from other guests/tenants and there weren’t shades to cover the windows and door window entirely so it felt a little like a fishbowl in the common areas. I would travel back here though because the overall experience felt safe, accommodating and clean!"

The website doesn't do justice to how much room there is. We were just a couple but it would definitely be suitable for a large family or several couples. Great location convenient to Portland, Saco and the beaches."
