Search Mardan hotels

The best time to visit Mardan is during the spring (September to November) and autumn (March to May) months, when the weather is mild and pleasant.

During these periods, you'll experience comfortable temperatures, typically ranging from 15°C to 25°C, making it ideal for outdoor activities like exploring the local farmlands or visiting nearby natural attractions. The spring brings blooming wildflowers, particularly noticeable along the country roads, while autumn offers beautiful foliage as the leaves change colour. These seasons avoid the hotter summer months and the cooler, wetter winter.

For those looking to enjoy the region's agricultural offerings, spring and autumn coincide with various harvest festivals and farmer's markets in the wider Gippsland area.
