"We enjoyed the ease of walking to the beach and several restaurants. The bikes were a great addition and made it easy to explore a little more. The beach chairs, towels, cart, and umbrella were perfect. The elevator can be heard, but didn’t bother us. The bed was not super comfortable."

"Location was amazing and it was not only less pricey than the JWM nearby, but quieter, less crowded and more peaceful than any mega-resort as well! Wide brick crosswalk with push button signal was directly in front of our building. Then a 5 to 10-minute walk down shaded brick-paved path led to gorgeous Marco Island Beach public beach. Walked across wide flat stretch of white sand beach to the water using the included cart for the new-looking beach chairs provided. Access is public but doesn’t have restrooms/parking like Tigertail or Marco South have. So no crowding for our Sat/Sun stay in late April, unlike the wall-to-wall umbrellas at all the resorts next to us! Check-in was seamless, unit was exactly as pictured. One or two-day starter supply of Keurig pods, paper towels and TP provided as promised. Impressed that we found unit spotless. Lisa was gracious when we requested to park in unit space to use the beach a couple hours prior to check-in. We were pleasantly surprised she allowed us to check in earlier as well! Prior renter failed to return 2 beach umbrellas that belonged in unit. We wanted to hit the beach immediately so she reimbursed us for one from a shop a short walk away. We only needed one umbrella, but she arranged for 2nd one to be delivered by her cleaning service the next morning. (The cleaner was very helpful and kind.) Very happy with our stay and with responsiveness of hosts. This was the perfect size for the two of us and we’d love to return!"

"This 1 bedroom was a great stay. It is very close to the beach and restaurants. It is close to a busy street and can be noisy, but the ease of parking, pool, beach, balcony and stores outweighs the traffic noise. The apartment was spotless and well as the whole property. "

"Perfect stay! As a very experienced traveler—and even a Vrbo owner myself in another state —I can say this property and the host Lisa far exceeded expectations. Everything was exactly as described, and the location couldn’t be better—just a short easy walk to the beach. The beach supplies of chairs and umbrellas are very nice and such a huge plus! The area and building felt very quiet and safe, the place was spotless, pool was great and having a free dedicated parking spot was a huge plus over paying for spots at hotels. Cable TV and all the essentials made it feel like home but at the beach! Great value compared to the much more expensive hotels right across the street! I highly recommend this place, there is a reason it has so many great reviews! Trust me! "

"House was more than enough for our family along with short walk to beach made the place perfect for us. House is well maintained and stocked with plenty of towels, bikes, pool accessories which allowed us to not have to bring everything with us. In terms of contacting host, it felt like the VBRO messaging was just a bot so suggest you use phone numbers provided on chalkboard when you arrive. Not a huge problem as most items were well spelled out on check in/out documents sent, but something to be aware of.This is our second year staying here for spring break and we would definitely stay here again! "

"Enjoyed this condo with amenities in the perfect location across the street from the beach. Ideal to easily explore Marco and visit the nearby Isle of Capri and Goodland. Would have enjoyed a longer stay. Will be back!"
