Paradise on earth
We had an amazing experience. The Chateau and the surrounding grounds are beautiful...like living in a fairy tale. The owners and staff are very kind and welcoming. The private hot tub and sauna are very relaxing and serene. The experience of eating dinner here is something we will never forget. The food was incredible and presented perfectly. Every course of our meal was like a work of art and the flavors were unforgettable. This truly has been an experience of a lifetime and we cannot recommend staying here high enough.

Elegant accommodation
Amazing place - wish we had more time to explore but arrived late at night (it’s a bit difficult to find in the dark). It’s worth a stay - did not get to try breakfast but it must be as wonderful as the accommodations! We wished there had been a coffee/hot pot on our room. It would have made the stay even more pleasant. The view of the lake from our room was a lovely.

Beautiful chateau
Great setting and beautiful building. The room was very comfortable with friendly staff. Self service breakfast was unusual in that any hot food was prepared by yourself.

Great Castle Experience
This was the perfect stop over while exploring some towns and castles in the Ardennes. From the trip through the forest up the driveway to the castle, to being greeted in person after driving through the gates, the experience was magical. The castle is situated on a large private grounds that you are free to explore and makes you feel like you are in Sherwood Forest. We would absolutely stay here again.

Our night at the Chateau d'Hassonville
We only stayed for one night while travelling through eastern France and Belgium because the Chateau was out of our way. But we are very glad we did. It was a wonderful experience and one we would highly recommend to others. The chateau and dinner combined made us feel like visiting Royalty. We loved it!

Fabulous place to stay
Huge chateau, huge room, huge grounds, great service and a wonderful breakfast. Made to feel at home from the time we got there to the time we left. Very good about accepting dogs.

Hartelijke en persoonlijke ontvangst (door de kasteelheer zelf!). Ruime basic kamer, redelijk goede bedden. Sanitair heel netjes. Heerlijke dinner, lekker ontbijt. Overall heel goede vriendelijke service. Fantastische locatie... heel rustig

Magnifique endroit, environnement et établissement superbes, la terrasse est plus qu appréciable tant pour l apéro que le petit déjeuner! Le restaurant propose des repas de qualité et un service aux petits soins. La chambre offre un beau volume, choix limité de chaînes à la télé, mais produits de beauté rituals...

Nette kamer met een enorme badkamer en uiteindelijk een werkend whirlpoolbad. Behulpzame medewerkers. Salons mooi maar geen personeel toen we thee wilden drinken.

Superbe endroit chaleureux!
Un très bon séjour très surprenant, agréable, avec un panorama magnifique, malgré un temps pas toujours de la partie. Si vous cherchez un endroit calme, alors allez-y: pas un bruit la nuit, le silence absolu, un bonheur. L'ensemble est un mélange de moderne et d'ancien. Les petits salons avec le feu de cheminée bien chaleureux apporte une touche de bien être apaisant. Le seul petit bémol est un chauffage plutôt léger dans la chambre. Dans tous les cas, je veux y retourner au printemps pour bénéficier pleinement du magnifique parc et de son lac.

Spijtig dat ik niet meer tijd kon doorbrengen.
Ik moest in de buurt overnachten en had dit hotel gevonden. Ik ben redelijk laat aangekomen en werd persoonlijk opgewacht. Het onthaal was zeer hartelijk. Het ontbijt was meer dan behoorlijk. Ik had spijt dat ik niet meer tijd kon doorbrengen in deze mooie omgeving.

Extraordinaire, sublissime! Un accueil extrêmement chaleureux par les propriétaires, digne de châtelains et du lieu! Un repas somptueux, une chambre au goût du jour et à la fois emprunte d'une merveilleuse âme! A découvrir pour ceux qui le charme et le bon goût en font une priorité... Restaurant is niet meer wat het is geweest eerder.
De uitbaters zijn uiterst vriendelijk en gedienstig en perfect tweetalig.. wij hadden niet zo een mooie kamer, maar alles was netjes en proper. Het is en blijft een prachtige locatie maar straalt niet meer de klasse van vroeger uit. Het restaurant is onderbemand en de kwaliteit van de keuken is niet meer wat het was. Jammer.
